Best Dressed

Dale Miller, network and technical support manager for computing services at UALR, turned heads on the campus when he started showing up for work dressed half and half — stylish conservative suitcoat and tie above, smart skirt hose and heels below. If someone in Little Rock kept a list of the best-dressed men and one of the best-dressed women, Miller really would’ve earned a place on both lists.
