The skirt-man returns
The skirt-wearing Dale Miller — as in the
male Dale Miller — still is getting attention. He appears in the January/February issue of
Jane in a traditional conservative blazer on his top half, and hose, heels and a skirt over his lower body.”This is not Janet Reno,” reads the caption under his photo.Paper Trails has chronicled the straight and single 43-year-old Miller’s interest in female clothing and problems associated with it.
